HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Once order is made a 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐋 is sent immediately this 𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐋 confirms your order. We will send you another 𝐄𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐋 as soon as it ships. When Shipment Confirmation email is sent please be aware that item still needs to be packaged before being sent to USPS for delivery.
ALL Domestic orders are shipped through USPS.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times EXCLUDE the weekends, USPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
PLUSH SHOP does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our Inventory Site in NY.
WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD failure to do so will result in order cancellation.
**To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? (OUTSIDE THE US)
**INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF THE US) are subject to extended shipping periods 7-14 Days.
The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing Bank Card used on the transaction. Please see our currency converter located at the Top of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. The Plush Shop (PlushberryJewels) and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Plush does not cover additional customs fee charges. Plush is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
CUSTOM/MADE TO ORDER
(Orders with CUSTOM products and are excluded from the standard shipping time frame and will take *3-5 weeks to prepare before shipment. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THESE ITEMS TAKE TIME TO MAKE,

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
A TRACKING Number will be issued to the Email Address in which the order was placed under once your order is ready for shipment. Called Pre-Shipment
Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number.
Orders are subject to ship before or after estimated ship date. (Due to weather, holidays, etc.)
Additionally, PLUSH reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT ?
PLUSH is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLE, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.
If you receive this notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the doorstep, here are some things to know:
- Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
- Any area out of potential weather hazards
- Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
- Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
- Check with others in your house that may have accepted it
- Please check all potential delivery locations at your address.
Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.
- Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
- If the package does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. PlushberryJewels cannot reimburse orders that were undelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR PACKAGES DELAYED IN TRANSIT. BEING THAT WE HAVE MULTIPLE SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILIBLE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PURCHASE SIGNATURE REQUIRED OR INSURED SHIPPING AT $3 ADDITIONAL COST NOTED AT CHECKOUT AS “SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION”
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
