Shipping Carrier: We ship both Domestic and worldwide by USPS.
- Standard Orders Take 7-10 Days
- Custom Orders Take UP TO 5 WEEKS After Order date before shipment
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- Orders over $75 will have free shipping.
- Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country.
- Full price will be displayed at checkout.
YES! We ship worldwide. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing Bank Card used on the transaction. Please see our currency converter located at the Top of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page. The best way to view our rates is to go through the checkout process and fill in your address. Don't worry, payment information is not needed to do this. International tax and duties (Import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs.
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. The Plush Shop (PlushberryJewels) and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Plush does not cover additional customs fee charges. Plush is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

- Once order is ready for shipment we will send another email called a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION Which Will include USPS tracking number.
We urge all potential customers to please READ full policy & product descriptions before completing checkout for a FULL understanding of Shipping & Processing times. We have made policy very clear & visible in multiple locations most importantly on every product page under FAQ.
For all CUSTOM ORDERS Policy is included in product description as well as confirmation pop up which asks customers to acknowledge shipping times, Before checkout We also included our terms of service box which REQUIRES acknowledgement before completion of order. This allows customers to again READ before completing order. (There is no way to complete a order without checking off terms of service box)
Unfortunately for security purposes we are unable to edit address entered by you the customer at checkout, order must be cancelled and re submitted with correct customer information.
- Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You will be able to contact USPS once package is in transit to re route to correct destination.
- If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
- We accept PO BOX Addresses
Unfortunately, WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
- Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
- Please understand that we CAN NOT restock items once they leave our warehouse, Therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
- NO refunds will be accepted.
- NO Exchanges will be accepted.

PLUSH is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLE, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.
If you receive this notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the doorstep, here are some things to know:
- Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
- Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check:
- Any area out of potential weather hazards
- Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed
- Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
- Check with others in your house that may have accepted it
- Please check all potential delivery locations at your address.
Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.
- Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
- If the package does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. PlushberryJewels cannot reimburse orders that were undelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!
